Low Carb Yummies Fruit Smoothies 5.4 carbohydrates for papaya, 9.8 carbohydrates for mango, 2.6 carbohydrates strawberry
¼ cup Almonds or Pecans 1 scoop Carbolite vanilla soy shake mix, egg shake mix, or the equivalent Atkins Diet shake mix. ¼ cup fruit (we use fresh or frozen mango, papaya or strawberries) 1 cup purified water ½ cup ice (optional)
Blend nuts first, add other ingredients and blend thoroughly |
