Chef Allan’s Chocolate Balls
1 oz Baking chocolate 1/3c fresh Sugar Free Peanut butter (available at health food stores) 2T Butter (with English Toffee flavoring to taste for an extra treat!) 1/3c Ricotta (8 grams) 1T Vanilla extract Sweetener
Mix together first four ingredients so that there are no lumps. Next stir in your sweetener and vanilla to taste. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto wax paper and chill until firm. |
